A 5 story structure connected to 3 sky bridges that were connected to the main hospital and a parking garage. The POB Building, part of Methodist Charlton Medical Center in Dallas, was demolished by our professional team at Lloyd Nabors Demolition. While we are known for our ability to successfully raze structures safely, the building's proximity to the entrance of the hospital's emergency room meant that we had to pay particular attention to maintaining the well-being of the incoming patients.
The project was made more complicated by the fact that the building was connected to the parking garage and the main hospital building by three sky bridges, but our expert demolition crew at Lloyd Nabors once again demonstrated why our company has such an outstanding reputation when it comes to safely and efficiently completing difficult projects to the total satisfaction of our clients.

The POB Building was brought down to make way for future expansion of the medical facility that will allow the dedicated staff of Methodist Charlton Medical Center to serve more of those in need of the great medical care they provide.
