Prestonwood Mall Dallas, TexasThe complete demolition of Prestonwood Mall, located on Belt Line Road, under a strict time schedule. Dust control was critical, due to its location in a residential area. Alford Cold Storage Dallas, TexasAsbestos Abatement and demolition of a one million square foot cold storage facility in close proximity to downtown Dallas. Lloyd Nabors worked closely with both the owner and developer to insure that the project was completed in a timely manner.Apparel Mart Dallas, TexasThe demolition of a four-story structure totaling over one million square feet. This structure was also attached to the surgical wing of Children's Hospital. Lloyd Nabors was able to perform the demolition without any damage and little interruption to the hospital. Nicholls State Thibodaux, LouisianaThe demolition of four multi-story buildings and the implosion of an eight-story residence hall. Work was completed on an active college campus while school was in session. Lloyd Nabors worked closely with both the General contractor and the University. Northcross Mall Austin, TexasThe scope of this project was completed in two phases. In Phase I, Lloyd Nabors worked on the interior and demolished 50% of the existing mall, while tenants occupied the other half. In Phase II, Lloyd Nabors seperated the remodeled portion (now occupied by new tenants), then demolished and removed the other half of the mall. Hendricks Medical Center Abilene, TexasThis project included the total demolition of a one-story, 90,000 square foot building, and seperate three-story and five-story buildings. All of this was accomplished while working in close proximity to a busy hospital.
