Partial Demolition of Landmark Building

Located in the center of Dallas' key business district, the Joule is a revitalized 1920s neo-Gothic landmark building. It features dramatic art, specialized boutiques, a world-class spa, and some of the finest food and drinks in town. When this cultural epicenter needed a three-story structure taken down, the owners contracted with Lloyd D. Nabors Demolition.

Our professional technicians met with the client and reviewed the project's scope, requirements, budget and timeframe. Once all the parameters had been clearly established, our team successfully demolished the structure, which had a basement directly connected to the existing Joule Hotel. We ensured that the targeted building was completed removed while preserving the sound structure of the adjacent hotel.
